You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Relationships Point. By registering, you
confirm that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree to use Relationships Point respectfully and lawfully. You must not post offensive,
discriminatory, harassing, or misleading content. Impersonation, spamming, scamming,
soliciting, and any form of abusive behavior toward other members are strictly prohibited.
Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Profile & Content Guidelines
Your profile must contain authentic information and genuine photos of yourself. AI-generated
images, stock photos, celebrity photos, or images of other people are prohibited. Bios and
descriptions must not contain contact information, external links, promotional content, or
explicit material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these
guidelines.

Membership & Subscription Plans
Relationships Point offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free accounts have limited
features, while premium plans provide enhanced functionality including unlimited messaging,
advanced filters, and priority matching. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing
cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal through your account settings.

Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. Prices are listed
in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable
once the billing period has begun, except where required by law. If you experience a
technical issue that prevents service access, contact support for a fair resolution.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Relationships Point, including logos, designs, graphics, algorithms, and text, is the
intellectual property of Relationships Point and protected by copyright, trademark, and other
intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post but grant Relationships Point
a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform. Reverse
engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract our source code is forbidden. Creating
multiple accounts, purchasing or selling accounts, and using Relationships Point for any commercial
purpose without written authorization are all strictly prohibited and may result in legal
action.

Limitation of Liability
Relationships Point provides a platform to facilitate connections but does not guarantee the accuracy of
profiles, the behavior of users, or the outcome of any relationship. We are not liable for
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the
platform, including but not limited to emotional distress or financial loss.

Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you
violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that harms other
users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon
deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy
Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes
arising from these Terms or your use of Relationships Point shall first be resolved through good-faith
negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in
USA County, and you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
